Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 color Printer M451dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I obtained my Dell with Windows 10. It was announced eligible for Windows 11. I did that. Both HP printers worked with the first Windows 11 switch. Then the 2H22 upgrade question answered required a change in location not 1 or 2 but 3 or 4. With the 2H23 upgrade I LOST use of those  printers and I have asked  several times. I use them with a Windows 10 laptop on the same network. Every time I try to update Windows11, I am denied success.. Is that a truth?

Both are good printers, were functional on my main computer,and work with Windows 10 laptop.

 All I can suggest is to use or re-install the latest windows 10/11 drivers.  I assume the printers are connected to the modem  and you are NOT bypassing the modem using WiFi direct.

note there are two types of pro 400

full feature software pro 400 (m401) march 2021  and (m351-m451) March 2021
