Microsoft Windows 11

I did the steps above but now my IP address for the printer has changed and I can't log into it in a desktop window?  However, the scanner function is now working and it's still printing?  Help so I can still get into the interface to make changes.

Please provide better details. You post that you made changes as shown below but do not include any document or link. If you changed to DHCP, in most cases you are going to get a different IP address than when you had a static address. Are you saying that if you type the new IP address into the browser bar of your computer you cannot access the EWS (embedded Web server), or is it a problem of you cannot find the IP address. Printing still works because in most cases HP installs and links to the printer based on HOSTNAME of your printer not IP address and scanning may be linked to WSD which also links to a printer not simply based on IP address. Most printers allow you to print a network config page which will give you the new IP address. As you do not state what printer you have I cannot provide detailed instructions. As well, after an IP address change you usually need to restart the printer to ensure the printer is fully accessible.
