I could scan and share on outlook, cox switched to Yahoo mail, now I cant share on outlook

Depending on which App you are using and how you are using the sender's mail setup, this could certainly be true.

I've had difficulty with attaching ATT Mail to Windows Mail app.  Once or twice I think I had it working.

Perhaps my own problem... Meh.

I've had difficulty with Share when Windows Mail is upgraded to "New Outlook".

What?

ATT mail doesn't appear to always like Windows Mail (or the other way 'round).

More Important:

Unless something has changed within the past month, HP Smart does not yet support Share when Windows Mail has been upgraded to "New Outlook". 

If you have upgraded Windows Mail app to "New Outlook", reverse that and go back to using Windows Mail.

How else can we help?

Are you willing to accept / try a workaround to the no-longer-working method you were using before?
