Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

Hello I have a LaserJet MFP 428fdw and it will not scan over wifi. I have Downloaded the HP smart app and attempted to scan Via it on multiple computers and all give me a Scanner Problem error. I have reset the net work on both the printer and computer side and that did not work. I have reset both printer and computer and that did not work. I have followed the rest of the instructions out lined on the HP smart app and nothing has work. If there are other remedies please let me know. Thank you in advance
