I have an error code on my HP Envy Photo 6255: Error code: 0X00829C98 HW_WATCHDOG C. Help!

Hi there,  I tried to photocopy something on my  HP Envy Photo 6255 printer . It sent me this error code : Error code: 0X00829C98 HW_WATCHDOG C .  I tried to turn the printer off and I could not. It is basically stuck with this message on the screen.  Any suggestions on what I can do ?
