Product: Officejet pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I can't use the scanner now because I have { "HPDeviceMonitoring.framework" will damage your computer } problem and I can't remove this.  I also use mac OS Big Sur V. 11.1 (this was not one of the options in the OS choices.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • Have you tried selecting option Move to trash?

Meanwhile go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, highlight the HP printer and remove it. Then add it back.
