Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The HP ENVY 6000 printer I'm using will not give me an error message and the light keep repeat lightin especially the left most color ink icon - the internet light is on but the printer will not print - however it wiill print Printer Information Reports - could this be and ink cartridge problem or because I haven't tried to print from laptop scan, copy and print?
