I need help setting up scan to email

OMG please help me...I have been trying to get this printer set up my boss just bought and I cannot for the life of me get the scan to email set up. I know it has to do with my smpt and port settings but I am so done with trying to figure out what I have done wrong. Can someone please help me figure out what info I need to input to get this up and running before I get fired for it.

I do have examples of a setup for older InkJet printers and EWS - Create Scan to Email Profile

I do have examples of the setup for select newer InkJet printers and select Laser Printers - EWS - Quick Sets

True -- the examples are not a match to what is described in your user manual.

The content (of the examples) might be at least useful enough to explain the need to set up 2FA on your email provider's security.  Create an App Password to be used in place of the regular email password in your Scan to Email Profile / Quick Set
