Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a computer that I utmost never use it, and is an HP with a HP printer before I have no problem to scan documents, but today HP is asking me to have an account just to have the scan and it finishing with the error:   OW-500-OWSID00001 I'm unable to do more. I'm so frustrated with this problem
