Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an office jet 7740 printer scanner I just set up at my office.  I have the same printer at home and love it.  This time it made me download this ap that just does not work right.  It made me create an account at HP and every time I scan something  I have to sign into my account. On top of that, I saved the document as a pdf but it can not be opened.  Says it is corrupt 

 How do I get different software or app that does not make me go online?

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wide-format-all-in-...

 

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
