Hello, I get a popup asking for IRIS OCR registration after a scan from the control panel.

I have already registered the software and checked the option to not remind me but it doesn't work. I get the reminder each time.

Do yo have a solution to remove it ?

I tried to contact HP but the only options is the virtual agent (does not understand the problem) or a phone call who is unable to help me (does not understand too). Why HP doesn't provide a e-mail support ?

Thanks

@stelen, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

If you have already registered and turned off the notifications and yet it does not help, you will have to contact the app developer that is Readiris by IRIS.

if you do not require this feature, you may search for Readiris on the PC and remove it.

As of now, there is no email support. You do have options for support via a phone call or chat according to your region and warranty of the product.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello @Kumar0307,

Your solution (contact IRIS) in not acceptable because the software is provided by HP (the popup is displayed by HP scan software). IRIS does not provide support for the software bundled with HP printer (it's not the "Readiris by IRIS" software)

For me, HP must provide technical support for the software provided with the printer.

Thanks.
