 Hi, folks!

 

I am trying to increase the scan resolution on my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. I cannot find anywhere to do so. And the only instructions i find online are for PCs.

 

I gather that i need to scan on the glass, not the ADF, which is fine. But i cannot find anything on the printer/scanner itself nor on my computer that will allow me to change the scan resolution.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Follow the below steps to change the scan settings from the HP Easy Scan application:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04788799

 

Once changing the Type to Image and the Source to Flatbed, up to 1200 DPI becomes available.
