Good day!

 

I found my printer having a black ink inside the scanner glass.. what can i do? do I have to send it to repair shop? I can't do the printer alignment beacause of this and the photocopy is in every page reflected it. 

 

I highly appreciate if yor could response to my inquiry the soonest,

Hi,

 

Unless you feel confient doing the repair yourself, you will need to have it repaired by a third party.

 

I've included a link below that will check if your printer is still within warranty.

Hi,

 

If the ink is on the glass, you could try wiping it with some alcahol to see if that helps remove it - it usually will.

Sir, the problem is, I can't access the ink.. It is inside the scanner.. I need to open up the printer (using screwdriver/dismantle) to access it. (sorry for my grammar not im still not good in this language)
