Liebe HP Leute!

Ich hoffe sie lesen diese Zeilen...ich habe keine Ahnung wie ich sonst zu ihnen Kontakt aufnehmen soll...

Nachdem Instant Ink beendet wurde, druckt der Drucker trotz Originalpatronen nicht bzw. mit seeeehr schlechter Qualität.

Trotz stundenlanger Suche, "automatische  Reparaturanleitung"... keine Besserung in Sicht.

Kontakt...Fehlanzeige (ich komme über die automatische Hotline nicht hinweg und drehe mich da im Kreis)

Wo kann ich den schei* Drucker zurückbringen. Wenn ich nur an ihn denke (wenn meine Kinder wieder mal was ausgedruckt wollen) werde ich "aggressiv", da immer die gleichen Probleme auftreten. Vom Handy weg kommt eine leere Seite, vom PC sieht sie so aus.....

ich möchte doch nur ein Ausmalbild ausdrucken ist das zuviel verlangt?

Der Drucker ist noch kein Jahr alt!!!!

Das kann ja nicht sein oder?

Ich habe mein Leben lang immer HP Drucker gehabt, aber eines weiß ich dies ist mit Sicherheit der Letzte!!!

Ich traue mich auch wetten, dass wenn ich mich bei Instant Ink wieder anmelde, es sofort keine Probleme mehr gibt.

Dann bitte verkaufen sie den Drucker mit der Info: "Funktioniert NUR mit Instant Ink!" alles andere ist in meinen Augen verasche und nur billiger Kundenfang!
