I am getting the following error when trying to access anything related to Web Services from the printer's control panel:

"Internal Processing Error - Retry your last selection. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates"
First discovered when I tried to email to the printer. I got an email saying it went through, but it does not print.

I did a firmware update to version 2019-04-01. Same problem..

Printing, scanning, and everything else works fine on the printer.

Can anyone offer a solution?

Thanks,

Rob

While a pain in the butt, sometimes performing a factory reset will resolve issues like this.

Tried that. As soon as I try to disable web services, I get the error.

I’ll try a factory reset..

How do you do a factory reset? I tried to do it from the printer's panel, but I don't see that option.

Thanks,

Rob
