Hi,
The HP Scanjet 6300c scanner is not supported on Widnows 10 and no official driver option is available as listed below:

You may try the 3rd party Vuescan application which seems to support your scanner with no need of any driver:
http://www.hamrick.com/vuescan/hp_scanjet_6300c.html#technical-information
