Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently bought an HP Smart 615 wireless printer. I am not sure if the scan to email feature is only available using the smart app. I have experienced other printer brand where you can directly send the scanned document to an email address without using the app. I've tried opening the EWS scan feature and it says web scan is not available. Is it really not available or i just need to configure something?

Hi,

Scan to Email options are available for select HP models only, the Smart Tank 615 does not offer any such capability.

 

You may scan to Email from the HP Scan software on your computer, assuming you have an Email Client such as Microsoft Outlook setup and configured on your PC, not natively from the printer screen.
