Is there a way to add pages to a scan from the control panel on an HP Deskjet 2700

My printer is located in a different room and when scanning multiple pages would like to add a page from the printer control panel instead of running back to the computer (Windows 10, using HPSmart) to scan the next page. 

Is there a button or combination of buttons on the printer's control panel to add pages to a scan?

Currently, the HP DeskJet 2700 series does not support adding pages to a scan directly from the printer control panel. The multi-page scan feature is handled entirely through the HP Smart app or the computer software.

Here’s how you can scan multiple pages without running back to the computer:

Start the scan from HP Smart:

Open the HP Smart app on your PC or mobile device.

Select Scan → Document.

Use the Multi-Page Scan option:

Choose Add Pages or Scan Another Page in the app after scanning the first page.

Continue scanning until all pages are complete.

Save as a single file:

Once all pages are scanned, save the document as a multi-page PDF or another format as needed.

Tip: If you want to minimize trips to the printer, you can place all pages in the ADF (if your model has it) or scan pages in batches, then use the app to combine them into a single file.
