Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Brand new HP LaserJet Pro M283dfw will not scan documents loaded into automatic document feeder from touchscreen, even though the touchscreen reads "documents loaded".  The device will copy documents loaded in the feeder. The device will scan documents from the feeder if I initiate the scan through my PC. I have tried unplugging the device, installed latest firmware, the issue persists. Please advise if this is by design, or if there is a solution. The clock is ticking on my ability to return the device.
