Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426-M427 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using the printer drivers and HP Scan utility downloaded and installed Jan 2018 I am unable to select duplex scanning.  I have a double sided doc in the ADF and scanning to PDF only captures every second page.

 

Note: double-sided copying via the ADF in one pass works flawlessly

Problem solved!  Download and install HP Scan Extended.  Available here:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/
