Hi,

I have a LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw it prints fine and the scan glass works. But it has been some time that the paper feed for the fax, scan and copy doesn't work. I have tried to clean the mechanism and restart the printer several times. 

May someone help me?

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Thanks, but it didn't work. I tried to upload both PCL6 and fax, and it continues not working.

From where are you faxing? glass or feeder?

 

And are you faxing using the software on the Computer?

I am using the feeder, the glass is working. I am using the computer software. I tried to update the computer driver and used HP Scan and HP Smart.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue with the feeder.
