hello, have this error form scan usb, please help fix this problem

Hello @bziava ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  1. Shut down computer
  2. restore the printer to the factory-default settings
    1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe the tab at the top of the screen downward to
    open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .
    2. Scroll to and open the following menus:
    1. Printer Maintenance
    2. Restore
    3. Restore Factory Defaults
    The printer automatically restarts.
  3. Switch on computer
  4. start HP Scan

Is scanning working again now?

Has this ever worked or is this a new install?

 

We have found some machines are shipped with scanning disabled and you need to use the toolbox to access the embedded web server and enable scanning.
