I just purchased this printer and I keep having the same error when trying to scan to the computer

Scannning on fast USB device works perfectly, but when trying to scan to computer, both as a "WiFi network printer, or USB wiredI keep having the error :

"The scanner failed to complete the scan. Verify that the scan feature is enabled on this device. For more information, contact your adiministrator or the person who set up the device.

If scanning is enabled, a problem might have occured while applying your scan settings. Check the setting and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
