Does anyone know if this printer has been discontinued?   I have been trying to scan documents for a couple of hours now, and it's not connecting.  When I was digging through the settings, there was a error saying that this model has been disconnected because of a security breech as of May 27th.  I cannot get a hold of anyone at HP to get more information.

YOu can scan to an USB drive directly from printer. There is an USB port undet the printer screen insert USB drive and scan to it without a computer.
