Laserjet M277dw scan and copy outputs clipped

Scanning area for scans and copies is shifted approximately 2cms to the left, resulting in clipping from the bottom and “extra” being added to the top of the resulting scan/copy. The problem occurs for all paper settings (A4, Letter, Legal). 

I’m am scanning to a usb drive.

To fix the copy issue,

Open the copy settings on the printer front panel and check the settings.

If issue persists, press Restore Defaults, under copy settings and try copy again.
