I have had my scan setup to be able to 'scan to email' and this has worked since I purchased. However today when I tried I keep receiving the error " An error occurred while sending the email. Try sending again"
I have reset the printer and the wifi etc, restored defaults but nothing is working.
What can I do to get it to scan to email again? help!

Are you sending email directly from the printer does your printer scan in the document and then open the mail program on your computer. What service are you using for mail? If using Office 365, there were changes announced that were to take effect on Oct 1st that might prevent you from sending email and you will likely need to contact Microsoft for details.

I am scanning and sending direct from the printer; it scans the document and sends an email. The printer does not open the mail program on my computer.
I have tried sending to a bigpond email address, as well as my work email address, but neither work. I am not on Microsoft at home at all so dont believe they have anything to do with this issue. The issue is at the HP MFP end, not the email program.
Thank you for your suggestion in any case.
