Hi - Fax speed is Low. Fax is going via phone line via cable company (voip) . My upload internet speed is 10MbPS . My download is 200 MbPS. When I fax dense page to different fax machines - same response . Is there a log I can read with printer steps / actions the printer is doing during the fax send so we can debug why the printer is turning itself off. Outbound fax works fine for not dense page ... I can send multiple not dense pages in one fax. Have others reported the same problem ? Is there a fax set up page I can print out to send you so you can see any errors in the setup. My Fax Correction was always on.

Printer portion works fine. When faxing non dense page - fax confirmation printout is fine ... Printer is turning itself off during the middle of the send - there are still pages to fax after the dense page. Where would I see the error message as no print confirmation page is printed when the printer turns itself off because the printer turns itself off ... Printer literally "goes off and the screen comes back as initializing in the middle of the fax send" ... Could this be fixed in firmware ?
