Hi - we received a fax that is apparently A4 size. When I attempt to print it the printer is saying "Load plain A4 in Tray 1, or for 1-sided jobs touch "OK" to use the available paper". When I touch OK the screen freezes on that message. I do have paper (letter size) in the drawer.

I attempted restarting the printer and printing the fax from memory but ran into the same freeze again.

If I open the paper drawer and re-insert it then it asks me to confirm the paper size (letter) and then returns to the above message and freezes again when I hit "OK". Any idea how to resolve?

Have you tried just putting letter paper in tray 1 to see if it will continue that way?
