Product: HP LaserJet 500 MFP M525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two M525 and I can't scan with "HP Scan twain" if "Job reservation" disabled. Got error "The scanner failed to complete the scan. Verify that the scan feature is enabled...". I tryed on two different computers, but result is the same. Scanning with "job reservation" enabled goes fine, but it is difficult for user (more action with panel). What i did wrong?

Web scan and secured web scan enabled; f/w ver. 2411097_060476; f/w date 20200807 (latest). HP Scan twain ver. 41.0.683.0
