My scan to email all of sudden stopped working yesterday. I haven't updated anything or changed any of the settings or passwords. It's been working great for the last few years and I use this function almost daily. I've read a few posts and no success resolving the issue. When I try to scan to email, it gives me an error message saying the username and password on the "from" email is incorrect. But like I mentioned, I haven't changed anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Which email service do you use? may you use G-mail? which had a security change this month and no longer allow less secure apps access.
Please follow below steps to set up Google access assuming I'm correct, else please clarify what email provider you're using.
First, open the following link and login to the same account as you set for the printer.
https://myaccount.google.com/security
Within the Signing in to Google section, be sure to turn on "2-Step Verification":

Next, create and use an App-Specific Password with the printer:
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en
Once completing the changes update the outgoing email profile password to use the App Specific Password and then click Save and Test to ensure the problem has been resolved.
