I need to know how to set up our Hp fax MFP M527 to printout an image confirmation sent page.

I want to get the report image confirmation, which shows the image of the 1st page of fax sent. 

If possible, a step by step instruction or any other quic way possible.

Hi,

To include the first page of each fax on the fax call report
Use the following steps to include the first page of each fax on the fax call report:
1 Press menu/enter.
2 Use the < or > button to select Reports and press menu/enter.
3 Use the < or > button to select Fax Call Report and press menu/enter.
4 Use the < or > button to select Include First Page and press menu/enter.
5 Use the < or > button to select On or Off and press menu/enter to confirm your selection.

I only have a touch screen monitor. I have a pull out keyboard, but the enter button and the < > buttons do not serve the same function as described.
I scrolled to the Reports>Fax Call Report, but this only prints the confirmation of the last fax sent. It's not to save a Fax Call Report Setting.

Can you please provide instructions for my particular device?

You need to go to the fax send settings and turn on notifications and click include thumbnail.

On control panel: administration>fax >fax send settings

If you have Future smart 4 installed it is a little different.
