Manage Scan to Computer

I am setting up my OfficeJet Pro 9020e.  I am trying to set up the manage to scan feature where I can just scan to my computer from the printer.  I gives me directions but I can figure out where to find the Printer, Scan & Fax > Scan > Manage Scan to Computer menus.  It says to go into the software but I can't find it.  Also would love to just be able to call HP to ask questions but can't find a number for support.  Had not problem finding a number for sales.

Enable scanning to a computer (Windows)

  1. Open the HP Printer Assistant. Windows 10: From the Start menu, click All Apps, click HP, and then select the printer name. ...
  2. Go to the Scan section.
  3. Select Manage Scan to Computer.
  4. Click Enable.
