Max Fax drivers for HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E58650 series

Can someone tell me where to download fax drivers for my HP PageWide Managed Color MFP E58650 series.

I can't find them for my Apple OS 10.14 Mojave. I would like to be able to fax wirelessly. Drivers installed for printer only work to print wirelessly.

Can I fax if I only have cell phone service (wireless faxing)?

HP fax machines and fax-capable printers require a traditional landline telephone service, and might work with VoIP and DSL with the appropriate setup and equipment. Cellular networks currently do not support faxing.
