I went from an OfficeJet Pro 8600 (that I loved) to an OfficeJet Pro 8710 (which I really hate). In use less than two weeks and I'm getting a message that the memory is full - which I've never heard of. I do not have it save the faxes, only the log. Why would a simple log use all the memory?
All I can find in the "support" pages are how to turn off the log. I want a solution that does NOT require turning off the log, I want to know how to prevent this. Since when does a printer do this? And can anybody recommend a printer that isn't such a hassle to use? I've never had anything but HP printers, but there are so many feature changes in the ones they're putting out now, I'm most likely going with another brand. But until I decide on which one, I need to make this one function without constantly having to do something with it. Why can't an all-in-one just do its job without my having to intervene constantly? It wouldn't be as bad if the screen were visible instead of miniature...
