Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M477
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My MFP M477 is approx 1,5 years old. Today it stopped allowing for making copies using the document feeder. It complains about low memory. When checking in HP Utility (web-i/f) it says that available memory is 102 MB out of 256 MB. Which should be sufficient for a few pages to be copied.

 

Is the machinbe broken already after this short time? Quality is then really poor.. And no warranty anymore...
