Mobile Fax Error "It seems that an error has occurred before the sending process"

The Mobile fax has worked since June of 2021 and than stopped working in August of 2023.   Is there payed subscriptions available yet?

There might be a two year limit to the endless Trial -- That's a guess based on comments posted in the Community.

At this writing, unless you find something has changed and you are offered a plan, then - No - no subscriptions are being offered.

No, we don't know why, if, how, or when it will change.

Someone wrote that a new email / account works to restart the trial.

What if?

-- If you have anything else tied to your HP Account (computers, printers, applications, software, contracts, other devices), these might get stuck, need to be updated, lose connection.   So... Might work out -- might be easy -- might be difficult, annoying, or hard to fix.

I am having the same issues. My account still shows that I am under the trial and if they wanted to start charging me, I would be so okay with that. I need my fax to work though.  

Augh, if someone knows, please update here.. If not, I guess I will be spending 2-3 hours on hold, to speak to someone at HP about why the system has an error.. I mean, we just got over the bad software download a few weeks ago and now this.. 😞

If the software is considered a Trial -- HP Support might well have nothing to say about it.

Too, HP Support accepts case submissions for in-Warranty hardware.

HP Mobile Fax is not hardware -- it's an app.

Worth a try, I guess.

IF  you are offered a subscription

AND

You are able to sign up for the subscription

Then

The paid service would perhaps come with a support contact.

At this writing, HP has not updated the Mobile Fax documentation nor has HP apparently made an announcement about changes.

Perhaps you will learn something new.

People want the Mobile Fax service to continue working after their trial period is stopped.

I came across an online fax service that is a paid subscription with 3 day free trial and $12.00 a month after that.  It is www.myfax.com
