Mobile Fax Funktion

Hallo, I tried to send a mobile fax via my HP account but it wasn't really possible (it didn't work) and now my problem is, that I don‘t need this mobile fax function any more and I'm not sure, if I have to pay (in the future?) for this service. How can I stop or cancel this mobile fax funktion?

I looked everywhere in my account but could not find anything.

Welcome to the HP Community --

OK - A couple of things --

First, no worries -- the Mobile Fax application has been in endless Trial mode for years.

There is no cost for trial software.

Should that ever change, you will receive a notice that you can -- IF you wish -- subscribe.

Ignore any such email / notice to avoid any future involvement with the application.

Second -- It should work, I believe, assuming that the details are correct and that the recipient has a printer / fax component that can receive and print the fax.  If you wish to do so, take a look at the information (below) for anything that might help.

If you no longer need the feature, Mobile Fax can be ignored.
