I am using HP Smart app for print and mobile fax service. Now it's  been more than a month that every time I try to send a fax an occurs, saying  "it seems that an error has occurred before the sending process.  Please try to send your fax again"  could you please help me solving the issue. I am using it over an android phone and Pc as well. Both of them not working

You might have run out of "trial period" time.

We see reports that Mobile Fax refuses service after the trial period has reached the two year mark.
