I can no longer use the mobile fax feature and will like to that issue resolved, but can not find a solution online or through the hp app.

  • Are you using HP Smart Mobile Fax through the HP Smart app?
  • What exactly happens when you try to send a fax?
    • Does the Mobile Fax option not appear?
    • Do you receive an error message?
    • Does the fax fail to send or remain stuck in a pending state?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app on Windows, macOS, Android, or iPhone/iPad?
  • When did the issue start, and was Mobile Fax working previously?
  • If you see any error codes or messages, please share a screenshot or the exact wording.

Additionally, please let us know the printer model associated with your HP Smart account.
 

Once we have a bit more information about the behavior you're seeing, we can help determine whether this is an app issue, an account-related issue, or a Mobile Fax service issue and guide you through the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
