Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

When I try to scan from my mobile, HP smart aap is showing scan Unsuccesful (Hp Laserjet MFP M126nw)

but i am able to print from mobile successfully

Already I have tried all available solutions on Net

1.Restrated my phone

2. Connected to same wifi 

3.Reinstalled HPSmart Aap

4.Restarted Printer 

5.Completed diagnose n repair  

6.Tried to scan using different mobiles also

I Appreciate your help me to resolve this issue

HP Recommended

M126nw is a old printer model, and it doesn't support mobile scan.

It's great you managed to print from mobile app.
