When I use my multi-document feeder on 8.5 x 11 paper it works fine. One of the paper size options is 8.5 x 14 which is legal paper. When I try and scan a document of that size, I set it to document feeder but it goes to the scan glass. You would think since it's one of the paper size options it should work. The scan glass is too small so I have no choice. I've tried resetting, reloaded drivers, and software. Including HP Smart. Does the same thing after all the software updates. It says my firmware is up to date so it would not let me reflash it. Is there is a way to force it to reflash or is this a bug in their software? I have a HP Smart Tank 7602
