Multiple Scans causes page jumping in preview mode (multiple page scans and capture into pdf)

Recently my All In One Printer has developed problems while in Scan preview. With multiple scans, the preview mode jumps from one page to the next page, in no particular order. It is driving me nuts. What can I do to fix this. Thank you! It just happened this past week (June 2024).

3. Reinstall HP Software
