Hi @Salauddin05,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Here’s how you can scan multiple documents into a single PDF using your HP LaserJet MFP 135a:

Method 1: Using the HP App

  1. Install the HP app on your Windows PC or mobile device: HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site, if not already installed.
  2. Open the app and add your HP 135a printer.
  3. Click the Scan tile.
  4. Scan your first page using the flatbed or ADF.
  5. After the first scan, click “Add Page” to scan another one.
  6. Repeat until all pages are scanned.
  7. Click Save, choose PDF as the format, enter a file name and location, and click Save.

Method 2: Using HP Photo & Imaging (Windows Desktop)

If you have the older HP Photo and Imaging software installed:

  1. Open HP Director or HP Solution Center.
  2. Select Scan Document.
  3. Choose Save to File as the destination and PDF as the format.
  4. Click Scan for the first page.
  5. When prompted “Do you want to scan another page into the current document?”, click Yes.
  6. Swap pages in the ADF or flatbed, then scan again.
  7. Click No when done; choose the file name and location, then save.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
