Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my Envy 7640 completes printing, it makes a "print-tone" musical sound representing it is done printing. I find this uneccesary and annoying. Its not professional. Big office printers don't make silly childish noises like that. How do I get rid of the "print-tone?"

The printer is making the sound or the computer? If on the computer, check your system "Sound" setting, you might have turned on the "Print Complete"? If the printer is making sounds, you can Mute the sound effects under Preference.

I muted the sound effects under Preferences on the printer. It's nice and quiet now as all electronic devices should be. Thanks.
