I need someone that can help me to clear my Fax Log, which I can't find, as it's refusing to allow me to send or receive faxes! Hopefully someone can help ASAP!

@DeloresD, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Going through your post, I see that you are looking to clear the fax memory. Try to use the printer EWS page and see if that helps:

  • Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
  • Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
  • Navigate to Fax and then look for fax logs and clear the same.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I tried that, as I saw that from another solution from another model #, just incase it worked! Turns out it didn't work! So Sorry I didn't answer before, but I didn't see any response for a couple of days. This is the 1st time I was able to get back to you!!
I do hope you have another solution to getting to this! I've had this printer for about 5 years & never had this issue!!
Hope to hear from you SOON!!

Thanks for replying!

You can rerun the fax setup wizard and see if that helps.

Keep me posted.

I did try the Fax Set up Wizard, but that didn't help! So I came back to your suggestion above. I found out the IP address I used before was the wrong one, so I tried again, but instead of getting the EWS page, I got this:
https://search.**bleep**/yhs/search?hspart=iba&hsimp=yhs-syn&type=asbw_8063_CHW_US_tid22015&p=10.0.0...

I have NO IDEA what to do!!

I redid the IP address again & I got the EWS page, but when I click the Fax tab, this is what I get:
"

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

I guess I'm Stuck!! What should I do??

Actually, I didn't need to HP Support ! I just turned my Firewall & my Chrome Enhance security off! Ignored the messages of going into unsecured pages. Found the Log & deleted ALL Contents!! Thanks for helping!!
