Is there anyone who has had issues with the 9130e scanning with lines. It practically brand new. I've contacted support, gently cleaned the glass and the rollers and still with the lines. I'm so incredibly irritated. I need to use my scanner daily and scanning 10-15 pages one at a time on the glass is a nuisance.

If you do not get lines scanning from the flat glass then in most cases you have debris on the ADF slit glass or in a rare case, the feed rollers for the adf are failing prematurely and bits of rubber are getting dragged in with the pages. Even the tiniest bit of fluff can cause defects. A bright flashlight can help reveal tiny bits like adhesive from Post it Notes. Can you post a sample by any chance?
This video shows proper cleaning procedures to fix vertical streaks on scans. This video shows the HP Color LaserJet Pro but the steps are similar for any product with an ADF. Take special note that many models have a plastic film over the ADF slit glass which must not be removed. If removed the ADF will jam and you would need to replace it.
