Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Smart does not have the features that the old control panel had. The old control panel will not scan utilizing Window-11. The scan feature DOES work from my HP Laptop utilizing Windows 10, however.

I was told by HP Customer Service to buy a new printer/scanner. [edit]
