When I launch my HP Smart App, a blank dialogue appears then disappears.  Is there a fix?

@gjm11, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the HP Smart app is not working. Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Uninstall it and download the latest version from the Microsoft Store.

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Didn't help me

I get a message saying the ap is already installed.

I am unable to uninstall it for some reason & cannot get the additional drives installed as recommended by the Doctor

Please help
