My all in one 8620 will not show the fax to email option anymore. is there a new way to do this?

my 8620 was able to forward incoming faxes to my email and now i can't find the setup on EWS anymore.   I have HP smart and i cant see where to put fax number in and where to put email address in.

I understand that you want to set up fax to email, I am glad to assist you.

Follow these steps to set up fax to email from EWS page

1. On the Home tab, click Fax to Email/Network Folder in the Setup box.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions. 

3. After you have entered the required information, click Save and Test to make sure the link to the network folder is working correctly.
