Product: Hp deskjet 3835
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I will done the first scan then the second and then while scan that say the error occured  The jpeg image also scanned but do not save in to the folder  (hp does not find the folder you save) I have no photos but upload soon.
